We operate six truss and wall panel manufacturing facilities that serve Dallas-Fort Worth, Colorado’s Front Range, West Texas, Southern New Mexico, Phoenix, Northern Arizona, Tucson, Southern Arizona and Greater San Diego.
The General Manager manages the production, manufacturing, procurement and pricing of manufactured products, and is responsible for optimizing sales and profitability. The General Manager is also responsible for every aspect of the operation, including, but not limited to, profit and loss, budgeting, product procurement, inventory management, customer relationships and production management.
The Truss Foreman assists the Production Manager in the oversight of all production functions, including cutting, table setup, assembly, stacking and safety. The Truss Foreman also supports the production and safety goals of the plant.
