Build Rewards FAQ

Reward Dollars are issued when you earn 500 points. Reward Dollars are issued on the 16th of each month for points accrued through the 15th of each month.

Reward Dollars and are sent via e-mail and postal mail for customers we have emails and mailing addresses on file for. Cashiers are also able to tell you when you have rewards when shopping in store. If you would like to update your contact information to be sure you are notified when you have earned rewards, please submit your information here.

Yes, Reward Dollars expire 6 months after their issue date.

Points are earned for every purchase made using your Build Rewards account. $1 spent equals 1 point earned.

Senior Savings members must be 62 years old or older. If you are a Build Rewards member who recently turned 62, let us know and we will change your account to a Senior Savings account.

To qualify for Government Employee Savings, you must be one of the following: active or retired military, a current government employee such as a police officer, fire fighter, teacher, etc.

All Government Employee Savings rewards members will be issued $10 FG Bucks on the holiday. FG Bucks will be emailed to members on the day of the holiday and expire 30 days from the issue date. To use your FG Bucks, simply mention to the cashier at checkout that you would like to use them and give them your name and/or account number.

We will send you an e-mail at the beginning of your birthday month with your $10 FG Bucks. FG Bucks expire 30 days from the issue date. To use your FG Bucks, simply mention to the cashier at checkout that you would like to use them and give them your name and/or account number.
