Our Sales Team is committed to providing same-day material pricing, customized job site visits, material use analysis, same-day order processing, full-line product sourcing, job setup and labor resource recommendations. Our Sales Team will be accessible beyond normal business hours and will return calls, texts and order confirmations within 4 business hours of receipt.
Accurate, timely material takeoffs are very important to our customers. Our material takeoff service is intended to provide customers with an accurate estimate of material usage and job cost within 5 business days (depending on number of plans and elevations). While framing techniques and job site theft can affect material usage, our goal is to provide material takeoffs within a 2% variance of plan.
Accurate, predictable material delivery keeps our customers’ construction projects on schedule. Our commitment to job site delivery service includes: 100% accurate and on-time shipments, 48-hour first drop scheduling, same day short orders when received by 10am, next-day delivery for orders received before 1pm, and next available for all orders received after 1pm. All deliveries are photographed to ensure proper job site placement and shipping accuracy.
MATERIAL PICKUPS AND RETURNS
Foxworth-Galbraith is dedicated to providing our customers with quality materials and accurate shipments, but sometimes pickups and returns are necessary. We provide material pickup within 2 business days of notification. Customers will receive full credit for good condition, resalable stock items within 3 business days.
TRUSS DESIGN, PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Manufactured truss systems provide material use accuracy and efficiency in construction projects. Our truss services are intended to provide our customers with accurate estimates, job costing, and engineering that meet or exceed local building code requirements. Our service standards include: completing truss designs within 3 weeks, non-design price estimates within 3 business days, 2 week production time, job site delivery within 48 hours of production completion, and value engineering to optimize truss use and lower material costs.
We provide our customers with credit options to ease the challenge of funding construction projects. Customers will receive accurate billing, prompt credit for returns, job tracking, itemized invoicing and professional, courteous credit management. Foxworth-Galbraith is committed to efficient payment processing, monthly statements (or weekly invoicing if requested), and net 10th payment terms.
